Dr. Marvin Gobina – Chairman of the Board of Trustees
Dr. Marvin Gobina has served as BLP’s Chief Operating Officer for the past four years. Dr. Gobina brings a deep understanding of our organization and an exceptional track record of leadership. A Doctor of Pharmacy for over 11 years, Dr. Gobina graduated from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2007. His distinguished career includes roles as a clinical pharmacist at Kroger, UHS, and HCA Health Systems; as a clinical consultant to numerous nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities across South Texas; and as the pharmacy manager and owner of GPS Pharmacy. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community are further exemplified by his establishment of the Julie Ebenye Gobina academic scholarship for deserving female students in Cameroon.
