Note: Most positions are remote, with occasional opportunities for field visits (self-funded or sponsored).

- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate (within 2 years)
- Strong interest in youth development, gender equality, climate action, or nonprofit management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and remotely
- French language skills are a big advantage (but not required)
