Our Graduates
Skills. Opportunity. Independence. Transformation.
At Bright Light Projects, graduation means more than completing a training program. It marks an important step toward economic independence, confidence, dignity, and a more secure future.
Through programs such as Girls Shall Rise (GSR) and Young Men Entrepreneurship (YME), BLP supports vulnerable young women and men with practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and pathways toward employment and self-employment.
Our graduates are putting their skills to work, starting small businesses, entering employment, pursuing further opportunities, and contributing to their families and communities.
Graduation Booklets
Celebrating Every Journey
Our graduation booklets document the young people who have completed BLP-supported training programs and celebrate their achievements, skills, and aspirations.
They also provide a growing record of BLP’s commitment to helping young people move from vulnerability to sustainable livelihoods.

Graduate Success Stories
Beyond Graduation
Graduation is not the end of the journey.
BLP continues to follow graduates’ progress as they transition into employment, entrepreneurship, and greater economic independence.
Each graduate has a different story, but together, their journeys demonstrate what becomes possible when skills development is combined with mentorship, opportunity, and community support.

Training to Transformation
BLP's approach goes beyond classroom training.
Through vocational education, psychosocial support, entrepreneurship development, internships, mentorship, and post-training support, we help young people build pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.

TRANSFORM
- Our goal is not simply to produce graduates.
Our goal is to help young people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to transform their own lives.
Help the Next Graduate Succeed
Behind every graduation is a young person given the opportunity to learn, grow, and imagine a different future.
Your support can help another young woman or man access vocational training, mentorship, internship opportunities, and the tools needed to begin building a sustainable livelihood.
