We are thrilled to welcome Telice Gillom as our new Chief Operations Officer (COO) and distinguished Board member at BLP. With 25 years of impressive expertise in operations, public procurement, and supply chain management, 

Hailing from Akron, Ohio, Telice was raised by her pan-African great-grandparents, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for Black history and a passion for connecting with the African diaspora worldwide. A proud alumna of The Ohio State University, she has dedicated her career to designing modernization strategies, integrating emerging technologies into procurement processes, and driving cost-saving initiatives in supply chain management. Her contributions to developing best practices in procurement have earned her widespread recognition.
